

We are seeking skilled Journey-Level Structural Ironworkers to join our team at the Port Arthur LNG construction site. Candidates should be experienced in rigging and erecting heavy structural components using cranes and must understand safe rigging practices.
Key Responsibilities

Rig and lift heavy materials such as steel beams, rebar bundles, and mechanical equipment using cranes, pulleys, and cables.

Determine the center of gravity, verify working load limits of slings, and understand D/d ratios for shackles.

Use softeners and proper rigging techniques to protect load integrity and lifting gear.

Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain good housekeeping practices on site.

Pass all required pre-employment screenings, including drug/alcohol tests, fitness for duty physical, and background check.
Requirements

Minimum journey-level experience in structural ironwork or rigging.

Proven understanding of industrial rigging principles and crane operations.

Physically fit for duty and capable of working in a demanding construction environment.

Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
