Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Pipefitter

• Hands-on knowledge of industrial and process piping systems

• Familiarity with projects in hospitals, heavy institutional, and industrial settings

• Residential-only experience is not accepted

Skills:

• Able to read and interpret blueprints

• Strong understanding of code-compliant and industry-standard practices

• Proficiency in:

  • Bevel joint cutting using oxy-acetylene torch

  • Equipment rigging and setup

  • Stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper (sweating and brazing)

  • Heating & cooling lines, chiller/boiler installation, and mechanical rooms

Certifications & Testing:

• OSHA 10 Certification required prior to start (company covers training if needed)

• Must pass a drug test and pre-employment skills test
