Key Responsibilities:

Assist journeyman ironworkers and millwrights with project execution.

Set up hoisting equipment and perform rigging tasks for raising and placing structural steel members.

Fasten steel members to hoist cables using chains, cables, or ropes.

Perform work at significant heights, often over 50 feet above ground level.

Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications:

Prior experience assisting ironworkers or millwrights preferred.

Basic rigging knowledge required.

Comfortable working at heights greater than 50 feet.

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Local candidates only (No relocation or travel allowances provided).
