As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and finished products. Primary Function:
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport products safely throughout the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory, support production lines, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts with various attachments (pull-pack, slip sheet, etc.) safely and efficiently.

Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and adherence to shipping instructions.

Transport finished products from production lines to designated warehouse locations.
-
Perform case picking using RF scanners, hand wrap and label products, and stage items for shipment.

Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and production environment, including sanitation duties.

Regularly lift items weighing up to 55 pounds.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience in a production, manufacturing, military, or related environment.

Willingness to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.

Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
Compensation:
-
Starting Pay: $24.87 per hour (Operator E Rate).

Pay Progression Plan:
-
Operator D: $25.37 per hour
-
Operator C: $28.53 per hour
-
Operator B: $36.10 per hour
-

Final compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
