

Tradesmen International is seeking experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians for ongoing industrial and commercial projects in Hemlock, MI. This full-time position is ideal for electricians who prioritise safety, precision, and craftsmanship. Travel pay and excellent benefits are available for qualified applicants.
Primary Function:
The primary role of the Licensed Electrician is to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and components in industrial and commercial settings. This includes working with high-voltage systems and performing tasks such as conduit bending, system integration, and equipment wiring.
Tools and Equipment Used:

Conduit benders (manual & hydraulic)

Power drills, screwdrivers, pliers, and wire strippers

Voltage testers and multimeters
-
Circuit tracers and other diagnostic tools

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Materials Handled:

Electrical conduit (rigid, EMT)
-
Copper and aluminium wiring
-
Circuit breakers, switchgear, and transformers
-
Cable trays and basket trays
-
Electrical hardware and fasteners
Key Responsibilities:
-
Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring systems and fixtures
-
Bend and run conduit and pipe systems efficiently
-
Work with rigid conduit and cable/basket trays
-
Install and connect circuit breakers, switches, transformers, and other components
-
Ensure systems comply with Michigan state code and site-specific safety protocols
-
Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
-
Support power distribution for machinery, motors, and control systems
-
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
-
Collaborate with site supervisors and fellow trades professionals
