Pay Rate: Up to $29.00 per hour + Shift Differential

Key Responsibilities:
-
Operate various forklifts (clamp truck, sit-down truck, stand-up truck, slip sheet truck) and related equipment.
-
Receive, handle, and transport materials to and from designated warehouse areas.
-
Perform dispatch functions: check-in/out trailers, process Bill of Lading documentation, and scan shipments.
-
Conduct Standard Work BBS Observations and LTO Standard Work Gemba Walks.
-
Mentor and train new and existing employees on warehouse equipment and processes.
-
Train and certify employees on all powered industrial equipment.
-
Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
-
Maintain accurate inventory control and assist with physical inventories.
-
Ensure all safety, sanitation, and security protocols are followed.

Complete daily pre-shift Forklift/Reach Truck inspection checklists.
Qualifications:
-
Power Industrial Truck Certification (PIT) required.
-
Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) Certification preferred.

Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
-
Must be flexible to work overtime and any assigned shift.
-
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
-
Exposure to seasonal temperature changes and warehouse dust/noise.
Physical Requirements:
-
Frequent: Sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, stair climbing, carrying items up to 40 lbs.
-
Occasional: Stooping, squatting, ladder climbing, bending/twisting.
-
Repetitive Use: Wrist, hands, fingers, shoulders, elbows, hips, ankles, head, and neck.
