Tesla is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project team. What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the construction team to install power distribution systems, transformers, lighting, temporary construction power, and electrical equipment up to 480 VAC.

• Maintain and troubleshoot various electrical components and systems.

• Interpret and utilize complex electrical schematics and blueprints to plan, install, and enhance electrical systems.

• Consult technical manuals and project electrical drawings to perform and plan work scopes effectively.

• Execute a wide variety of electrical tasks and provide timely feedback on project progress.

• Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism that reflects Tesla’s mission and values.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a journeyman electrician in industrial or commercial environments.

• Proficiency in conductor and conduit sizing, and experience with the NEC Code Book.

• Experience working with electrical systems from low to high voltage up to 480 VAC (medium voltage experience is a plus).

• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints, schematics, and project documentation.

• Capable of testing and commissioning electrical work in accordance with Tesla procedures and local building codes.

• Strong understanding of job site safety procedures and hazard evaluations, especially regarding electrical work.

• Ability to work safely at heights up to 80 feet.

• Willingness to travel to other projects as required.
