Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to safely and efficiently load and unload trailers.

• Ensure all freight is handled with care and moved according to company safety standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Read and interact with computer displays to accurately manage freight movement.

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.

• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) environment preferred.

• Ability to work early morning shifts and maintain a strong attendance record.

• Ability to read and interact with computer systems effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $27.81 per hour.

• Vacation: Earn 1 week of vacation after just 90 days of employment.
