

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Wisconsin State Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a fast-paced commercial project in Shell Lake, WI. This short-term opportunity offers highly competitive pay, daily per diem, and consistent hours. Electricians will play a vital role in completing a large-scale project that demands precision, efficiency, and high safety standards.
Primary Function:
To install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems in accordance with local and state codes. The role will focus on conduit bending, wire pulling, panel wiring, lighting installation, and termination in a dynamic jobsite environment.
Tools and Equipment Used:

Standard electrical hand tools

Power drills, conduit benders, and saws

Voltage testers and multimeters

Ladders and lifts
-
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, safety vests
Materials Handled:

EMT and rigid conduit

Copper wire and electrical cable
-
Electrical panels and breakers
-
Light fixtures and switches
-
Connectors, couplings, and fittings
Key Responsibilities:

Bend and install EMT conduit in a commercial setting
-
Pull wire and perform accurate terminations
-
Install and wire electrical panels and lighting systems

Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure systems function correctly

Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
-
Follow safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times
-
Operate hand and power tools efficiently and safely
-
Maintain clean and organized work areas
-
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
Benefits:

Competitive Salary Package: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour (DOE)

Per Diem: $150 per workday

Consistent Hours: 50+ hours per week (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Position Requirements:

Valid Wisconsin State Electrician License
-
5+ years of experience in commercial electrical work

Proficiency in conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, and troubleshooting

Physically able to meet jobsite demands (lifting up to 50 lbs., working at heights, crouching, twisting, etc.)

Must own standard hand tools and PPE

Reliable transportation to and from the job site
