

Tradesmen International is seeking experienced Industrial Manufacturing Journeyman Electricians for full-time work in Shreveport, LA. This role plays a vital part in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for manufacturing facilities, contributing to safety and production efficiency on site. Primary Function
To install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components in an industrial manufacturing setting, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment

Bend and run EMT and rigid conduit
-
Construct and fabricate parts to fit layout needs
-
Pull cable, bolt up, and terminate wiring in terminal boxes
-
Inspect and test components to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
-
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
-
Work with transformers, DC cabinets, and control panels
-
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns
-
Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of electrical experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
-
Proficient in reading tape measures, using hand/power tools
-
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout diagrams
-
Strong commitment to safety and craftsmanship
