Buildforce is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians for a night shift remodel project in Olive Branch, MS. Primary Function:

To perform conduit installation, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting in a commercial setting during night shifts. Electricians must be journey-level, capable of working independently, and ensure all tasks are completed to code and safety standards.

Tools and Equipment Used:

• Hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, etc.)

• Power tools (impact drills, saws, conduit benders)

• PPE including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots

• Electrical meters and testers

Materials Handled:

• EMT conduit and fittings

• Electrical wire and cabling

• Switchgear and panels

• Light fixtures and controls

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and bend conduit (EMT) accurately

• Run wire, terminate panels, and install fixtures

• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

• Work independently and meet nightly productivity targets

• Comply with all OSHA and site-specific safety standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Coordinate with team leads to ensure project deadlines are met

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of commercial electrical experience

• Must be able to bend conduit and work independently

• Own basic hand and power tools required

• Must have reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• Must be available to work night shifts Sunday night to Friday morning (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
