

FLASH Shared Services is seeking experienced and dedicated Millwrights to join our Traveling Construction Crew. This critical role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment across our Texas and Oklahoma worksites. As part of a small, dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in optimizing operations and installing new equipment for the mining and transportation industries, supplying high-quality sand to the fracking and manufacturing sectors.
This is a travel-intensive position, requiring up to 100% travel to various construction sites. Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Primary Function:
Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment while traveling to various job sites. Collaborate closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair industrial and construction machinery at multiple job sites.

Build new equipment and repair defective machine parts using welding and brazing tools.

Align machinery accurately using precision measuring tools.

Review and follow complex technical manuals for machinery setup and repairs.

Transfer machinery to various sites for installation and maintenance projects.

Disassemble and reassemble machinery components during transport or repairs.

Assess potential issues on job sites and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with construction crews and engineers to meet project goals.

Follow strict safety protocols and comply with OSHA/MSHA regulations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role working with industrial machinery.

Ability to travel up to 100% of the time and work remotely for extended periods.

Willingness to work overtime and adapt to flexible schedules.

Excellent coordination and focus with strong adherence to safety standards.

Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA compliance practices.

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Must pass a toxicity screening test.
Additional Information:

Per Diem: Paid for working days when over 50 miles from home.

Standard Schedule: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (may vary based on project requirements).

Wage Range: $17.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
