

We are seeking an experienced Millwright to join our team, responsible for the layout, fabrication, assembly, installation, and maintenance of piping systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. This role supports a variety of industrial production and processing systems, including steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, and sprinkling systems. The ideal candidate will work under immediate supervision but is capable of planning and performing work activities independently based on pre-established guidelines and instructions.
Primary Function:
Fabricate, install, and maintain piping systems, pipe supports, fixtures, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for industrial operations. Ensure all installations meet safety and operational standards while following project specifications and instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to determine work procedures.

Lay out, fabricate, and assemble piping systems and pipe supports according to project specifications.

Install and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems and related industrial equipment.

Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on piping systems to ensure proper functioning.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.

Document work activities and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of documented field experience in millwright or related craft discipline.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documentation.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Familiarity with industry-standard safety practices and procedures.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Physically capable of performing demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
