Compensation:
-
Salary Range: $39,000 – $63,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)

Total Rewards Package: May include annual performance bonus, wellness benefits, and 401(k) match
Key Responsibilities:
-
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely stock, pick, load, and transport raw and finished products.
-
Utilize computerized inventory systems, including RF scanners, to maintain accurate product movement records.

Pack and weigh boxes, assign appropriate shipping methods, and prepare related documentation.

Manually restack pallets and drums (up to 600 pounds via rolling/pushing); lift products from 10 to 150 pounds using powered equipment.

Perform daily forklift safety checks and routine equipment inspections.

Operate pallet wrapping machines, adjusting controls for load size and tension.

Complete accurate inventory counts and maintain detailed records.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and leads to ensure production flow and on-time material delivery.

Follow all safety guidelines and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Perform additional clerical and warehouse support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
Current Forklift Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
-
1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic math skills to perform inventory counts and routine calculations.
-
Physical ability to push, pull, lift, and roll products weighing up to 600 pounds using powered industrial equipment.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
-
Exposure to varied temperatures in warehouse/production settings.
-
Frequent sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, stair climbing, and lifting.
-
Use of protective equipment, including steel-toed shoes and safety eyewear.

Ability to work safely under tight deadlines.
